I am Ileana and I am 22 years old. I am a French student. I grew up in Lomé where I obtained my high school diploma. Lomé is the capital of Togo in western Africa.
After my bachelor degree in French private law, I decided to study corporate management. Currently, I study science of management in the EMLyon business school in order to obtainin my Master’s degree .
From September, I began a gap year. I wanted to mark the beginning of this adventure with a great challenge: visit India.
Why India? I love travels and meeting other cultures. I am very interested in Asia and I think that India can give me a right general idea of Asian culture.
According to me, India has incredible perspectives of development.
What surprised me in Jaipur is the contrast between tradition and modernity. Two worlds in parallels which are very well linked.
SIDART gives me the opportunity, during almost 4 weeks to discover India from inside. It’s a question for me of making my own vision of this beautiful country. 4 weeks to give me an idea of the rights of the women in India, actions which are led by the structures which accompany the women.
For that purpose, I wish to put my associative experience in international solidarity and of member JCI at arrangement of SIDART.
